    <content type="html">Yesterday I did a 11 miles yesterday, but the ride was broken up with my tire patch failing, so I changed the tube with a little help.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I did 16 miles, and a new route.     <content type="html">I have been doing rides but have lost track of the, but today did an 18.6 mile ride, and I am not sore at all. It felt good, there were no grand hills to the ride to really slow me down. I didn't really take any breaks, and was beginning to feel uncomfortable from being so long on my sit-upon area. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Beginning to feel that I can manage a long distance ride. I have yet to settle on any real plans, though. I should look into equipment and clothes. I don't want to go overboard on special stuff,just some essentials: a tight rolling sleeping bag, some panniers with covers to store things, need to learn more about bike repair as well.     <content type="html">Day three was rest and day four and five, did the same route of 12.72 miles. Took a gps with me and I was able to get a better mileage count, top speed 25mph.
